LeroLab Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Electronic Services

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions define the terms and rules for providing electronic services via the LERO website operated by Wilandt Institute Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sopot, at ul. Kujawska 50/52, 81-862 Sopot, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Gdańsk–Północ in Gdańsk under KRS number: 0001049727, NIP: 5851501667, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge via the website in a manner that allows their acquisition, reproduction, and retention of their content by printing or saving to a data carrier.
A condition for using the Services provided by the Service Provider is to read and accept the content of these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS

Terms and Conditions – this document defining the terms and rules for providing electronic services by the Service Provider.
User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Services provided by the Service Provider.
Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with the Service Provider not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Service – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the website.
Account – a set of resources and permissions within the website assigned to a specific User.
Agreement – an agreement for the provision of Services concluded between the Service Provider and the User on the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions.

3. TYPES AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Service Provider offers the following Services via the website:
the ability to create and manage a User Account,
the ability to place orders for Services
the ability to use the contact form

The use of Services provided by the Service Provider is possible after accepting these Terms and Conditions.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Technical requirements
To use the website and the Services offered through it, the following are necessary:
a device with Internet access
a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
an active email account

The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations occurring in the User’s computer equipment that prevent or hinder the User from using the website and the Services offered through it.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING AND TERMINATING AGREEMENTS

Account Registration and Management
Account registration on the website is voluntary and free of charge.
To create an Account, the User should fill out the registration form available on the website, providing the required data and setting an access password.
After completing the registration form, a message with an activation link will be sent to the User’s email address. Clicking the activation link completes the Account registration process.
The User may delete the Account at any time without stating a reason by sending an appropriate request to the Service Provider, in particular via email to: lero@lerolab.io

Ordering Services
Orders for Services can be placed via the website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To place an order, you must:

  • select the Service that is the subject of the order
    fill out the order form
  • choose the payment method
    accept the Terms and Conditions
  • click the “Order with obligation to pay” button or equivalent.

After placing an order, the User will receive an order confirmation, along with the order number, to the provided email address.
The Service Agreement is concluded upon the User receiving the order confirmation mentioned in point 3 above.

6. PAYMENTS

The prices of Services listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty.
Online payments are handled by the payment intermediary Stripe. The Service Provider offers the following payment methods:
payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
online transfers
PayPal
The Service Provider offers Services within the European Union, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Norway.
For payment card transactions, the card is charged at the time of placing the order.
If choosing an online transfer, payment must be made immediately after placing the order. After this deadline, the order may be canceled.
The Service Provider issues VAT invoices or fiscal receipts in accordance with applicable tax law regulations.
All payments are secured using the SSL protocol, ensuring the security of online transactions.
For international payments, the transaction amount may be converted to the local currency according to the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
The Service Provider plans to expand its operations to the US, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets in the future, which may involve introducing additional payment methods tailored to the specifics of these markets.

7. SERVICE FULFILLMENT

Service fulfillment begins:

a) after the payment is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account – in the case of bank transfers
b) after the Service Provider receives information about the payment – in the case of electronic payments
The Service fulfillment period is 7 days, unless a different period is specified in the Service description or during the order placement.

The Service Provider undertakes to duly provide the Services specified in these Terms and Conditions.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

A Consumer who has concluded a distance Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34 section 2, and Article 35 of the Consumer Rights Act.
The period for withdrawal from the Agreement begins on the date of concluding the Agreement.
The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement to the Service Provider. The declaration can be submitted using the form, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of intent before its expiry.
The Consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal from Agreements concerning:
the provision of services, if the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s express consent, and the Consumer was informed before the commencement of the service that they would lose the right of withdrawal from the Agreement
where the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.

9. COMPLAINTS

The Service Provider undertakes to provide Services free from defects.
In the event of non-performance or improper performance of the Service by the Service Provider, the User is entitled to submit a complaint.
A complaint should include:
User’s data (name, surname, address, email address)
the subject of the complaint with justification
the User’s request

Complaints should be sent to the address:

with the note or subject “Complaint”
The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint cannot be processed within this period, the Service Provider will inform the User about the reasons for the delay and the expected date of complaint resolution.
The response to the complaint will be sent to the User’s email address provided in the complaint or in another way indicated by the User.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Service Provider is the administrator of Users’ personal data.
Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and the Personal Data Protection Act.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the website, including its graphic elements, logos, page layout, photos, videos, texts, Service descriptions, and other content placed on the website, as well as to the website’s software, belong to the Service Provider or entities with whom the Service Provider has concluded appropriate agreements.
It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any elements of the website without the prior consent of the Service Provider.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions come into force on 2026-01-01.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular:
changes in legal regulations
changes in payment methods
changes in the scope or form of provided Services
changes in Service Provider’s data
The Service Provider will inform Users about changes to the Terms and Conditions by publishing the new content of the Terms and Conditions on the website and by sending information about the changes to the email addresses of Users with an Account.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions come into force within 14 days from the date of their publication on the website. Orders placed before the effective date of the changes to the Terms and Conditions are processed according to the previous provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
A User who does not accept the new content of the Terms and Conditions should notify the Service Provider of this fact before the effective date of the changes to the Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions results in the termination of the Agreement.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the GDPR.
Any disputes arising from the Agreement will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office. In the case of Users who are Consumers, disputes will be resolved by the court competent in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The Terms and Conditions are available in English, Spanish, and Polish.
